Thanks for this – It’s so important to get the body-strength:weight ratio balanced before a person gets involved in a strength training program, and your exercise list provides a great outline on how to achieve this. Good to see!

    Very best,
    Matt

Thank you very much, but it’s not my list. I did want to share it because it is such a good list and describes how to do the exercises well. I like to balance my training so that I work all of my body every time. Either by whole body exercises or covering upper lower and core as is listed here.

This list again is from http://www.combatfitness.co.uk/ which has other good info and a great forum.

    What do you mean?

I suggest visiting the forum at http://www.combatfitness.co.uk/ , http://www.bodyweightculture.com/ and any other forum that draws you and ask your questions there as well. Put the advice you like and that fits your purposes into practice. It is hard to know what you mean, if you ask on these forums, you will surely get lots of advice.
